The vision of the UTC Holdings, LLC is to serve as a change agent in addressing the fundamental issues facing underserved communities and businesses. We invest the time and resources to develop an ecosystem that fosters entrepreneurship and community development. We are realizing the dream of economic independence of Dr. King.

Our Process

Process

Our team of executive leaders and advisors manage the grants and other sources of funds and distribute to the various components of the Real Estate projects, wellness platform, and technology development. We also partner with local nonprofits and churches to support the local community to assess key performance indicators as we measure our impact and report back to the grantors.
